This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and contains no trackers, advertising pixels or social media plugins. We do not profile you, we do not build an audience list, and we never sell or rent personal data. The only personal information we hold is what you deliberately send us.
When you contact us, through the form on our contact page, by email, by phone, or on WhatsApp, we receive what you choose to send. Typically that is:
Our contact form does not submit to a database. It opens a message in your own email application, addressed to us; nothing is sent until you press send in your mail client, and we only ever receive it as an ordinary email.
We do not collect anything ourselves. Our hosting provider (Google Firebase Hosting) records standard server request logs, IP address, date and time, the page requested, and browser user-agent, which exist to deliver the site and protect it against abuse. We do not use these logs to identify or profile visitors.
Only to do the thing you contacted us about: to answer your enquiry, prepare a proposal, deliver and support services under a contract, meet a legal or regulatory obligation, and keep our own records of our dealings with you.
We do not send marketing email to people who have not asked for it.

We operate in six countries, and our email and hosting providers run infrastructure internationally. Your information may therefore be stored or processed outside the country where you are located, including in jurisdictions whose data protection laws differ from your own. We take reasonable steps to ensure it stays protected wherever it is handled.
Enquiries that do not become projects: normally up to 24 months, then deleted. Client records: for the life of the engagement and afterwards for as long as we need them for contractual, warranty, tax and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your information sooner, see below.

We are a cybersecurity practice, and we apply to ourselves what we deliver for our clients: access limited to the people who need it, encryption in transit, hardened accounts and multi-factor authentication on our email and administrative systems. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your information as we would our own.
This is a business-to-business site. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, for example if we ever introduce analytics, we will say so clearly.
